SUDHEERA GANGIREDDY

Sudheera brings a decade of operational leadership across banking, private equity, and technology-driven transformation. She led the world's first large-scale enterprise deployment of robotic process automation for a global bank — delivering $9M in savings across 500 production bots — and later built go-to-market and buy-side financial analysis capabilities at an AI-first real estate investment firm. She currently holds an operating investment in Irajya, an industrial water treatment company, giving her direct experience running and scaling a portfolio business. She holds an MBA from IIFT and Hanken.
